Andy has great familiarity with social media, resume data bases and professional networks. He ultimately identifies and sources ideal prospective candidates for each unique search assignment.
With a history of success collaborating with team partners, Andy knows how to strike the right balance between finding candidates fast and finding great candidates in a competitive and saturated environment!
