Nathan Kantor
Nate is the Founder, President and CEO of the ITC Group, Inc., a firm that specializes in the development and/or restructuring of competitive telecommunications service providers and enterprise clients. As part of the ITC Group, Nate provided the original team that built Winstar Communications into the fixed wireless broadband industry and later became the President and Chief Operating Officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors.

Before forming the ITC Group in 1990, Nate served as a member of the management team responsible for making MCI Communications Corporation the nation's second largest domestic long distance carrier. During his 18 years with MCI, Nate headed two of the company's largest divisions. He served as President of MCI's Northeast division, where he grew the unit's revenues from $150 million to $1.5 billion. Prior to that, Nate was the President and Chief Operating Officer of MCI International, which he founded. This unit became the first U.S. rival to AT&T in the international long distance market. As President of these MCI divisions, Nate oversaw marketing, sales, operations and customer service, as well as development and implementation of MCI's international business strategy.

Kantor and the ITC Group led the project that made Unitel the first competitive long distance company in Canada and negotiated the AT&T strategic partnership that eventually led to the creation of AT&T Canada. Other ITC Group assignments included Energis in the UK and Dacom Corporation in Korea.

Nate received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Florida State University.


Richard Katz
Following a successful corporate career as Director of Human Resources for Bullock's Department Stores, and management consultant and HR Practice Leader for Ernst and Young, Richard established HRMS as Founder and CEO.

HRMS produced and aired a regularly scheduled, half-hour recruitment television program called "Meet Your Next Employer." For his pioneering work in recruitment advertising, Richard received the Employment Management Association's National Pericles Award. Richard also established a Government Services Division of HRMS to operate customized, government-funded job training and job placement programs. They created the successful Spotlight On Jobs program for the entertainment industry that trains and places hundreds of dislocated workers.

In 2004, Richard founded SeasonedPRO. In partnership with major universities, SeasonedPRO provides recruitment and career advancement services for alumni delivered through a combination of unique two-day campus conferences, online services and individual counseling.

Richard holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UCLA and an M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Michael Feyder
With over 20 year's executive search consulting experience, Michael Feyder is currently an Executive Vice President at Quest International LLC in Torrance, CA.  His experience spans a variety of industries including automotive, consumer electronics, pro audio, multimedia, telecommunications, and high technology.  He has placed more than 225 American executives with Japanese client companies throughout the United States.   Michael has personally completed search assignments in general management, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, information systems and manufacturing.

Prior to Quest International, Michael spent 7 years with a prominent retainer-based search firm headquartered in Los Angeles and 12 years  with a major executive search firm headquartered in Chicago as Vice President.  Before he dedicated his career to search consulting, he has 12 year's experience with Continental Airlines in various sales and marketing capacities.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University.

Mirjana Cvjeticanin
Mirjana Cvjeticanin is the President and CEO of Telscape Communications, a firm that provides wireline and wireless telecommunications to the Hispanic community.  Prior to joining Telscape, she held a variety of positions at Nextel Communications.  Mirjana served as General Manager/Area Vice President for the Northern California Market, where she grew the subscriber base from 12,000 subscribers in 1996 to 400,000 in 2001 with annual revenues in excess of $300,000,000.

In 2002 she moved to Corporate Headquarters and served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy, working for the Founder and Vice Chairman of Nextel.  She was responsible for defining the company’s strategy for entry into the public safety marketplace.

Prior to Nextel, Mirjana was Vice President, Western Division for Safeguard Business Systems Inc. and held a variety of management positions at TAB Products.  She spent 13 years at Xerox Corporation in a number of field and headquarters management positions.

Mirjana graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
